PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically controlling a blind and a recording medium thereof are provided to cost-efficiently use the device by simplifying a structure for opening and closing a blind. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for automatically controlling a blind comprises a temperature information monitoring unit(110), a control unit(120), and an environment information receiving unit(130). The temperature information monitoring unit receives indoor and outdoor temperature information from one or more sensor nodes and monitors the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures. When the difference exceeds a first critical value, the control unit generates a control signal for closing a blind. When the difference exceeds a second critical value, the control unit generates a control signal for opening a blind. The environment information receiving unit receives maximum, minimum, and optimum temperature information through a network.
