PURPOSE: A heat seal method and a form-fill-sealing method are provided to prevent vibration due to vertical movement of heat seal rolls by moving weights toward an opposite side with the movement of the heat seal rolls. CONSTITUTION: A heat seal method is as follows. A pair of heat seal rolls(25) capable of vertically moving is moved downward in a state where films(3) are inserted between heat seal members(24) installed in the outer circumference of the heat seal rolls. The films moving downward at a specific speed is transversely heat sealed. The sum of main speed in the outer circumference of the heat seal members and descent speed of the heat seal rolls are precisely controlled to be decent speed of the films. By using a crank and a connection rod, the heat seal rolls and a rotation driving source thereof are linearly moved together. Weights having same weight with the pair of heat seal rolls including the driving source are moved to an opposite side of the movement of the heat seal rolls. In the initial and end period during period where the films are maintained in a state of being inserted between the outer circumference of the heat seal members, the rotation speed of the heat seal rolls are slower than the intermediate period.
