Synthesis method of ?±??perrottetiene

PURPOSE: A novel method for synthesizing (±)-perrottetiene is provided to easily and simply synthesize the compound. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing (±)-perrottetiene of chemical formula 2 comprises: a step of protecting 2 phenolic hydroxy groups existing in dihydropinosylvin of chemical formula 1; a step of adding n-BuLi under the presence of tetrahydrofurane(THF) solvent at 0°C and further adding citral at 0°C; and a step of adding hydrochloric acid.
