The device has multiple valve banks (Bi), where every valve bank opens directly into a lower tank floor of an associated tank of a process plant. Each valve bank is connected by a pipe connection to an associated process aggregate or tank of the process plant. The pipe connection opens into an end of the valve bank on the tank or process side. An independent claim is included for a piping system.
