PURPOSE: A location based local analysis system and method thereof are provided to utilize evaluation and static data collected for a location for local analysis by collecting user evaluations for real transactions. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation system(140) collects real-time evaluation information for transactions. A local analysis system(160) analyzes local business areas. The local analysis system automatically controls variables, influential variables, or analysis information through the evaluation information. The local analysis system creates local business area analysis results as a report. The local analysis system provides the local business area analysis results for a transaction target(110) to the transaction target. |
