Method and system for selecting channel using channel's randomness in cognitive radio network

PURPOSE: A channel selecting method using the voluntariness of a channel and system thereof are provided to minimize a collision between a main user and a sub user by calculating measurement values of the voluntariness. CONSTITUTION: Plural recognition nodes transmit channels information for channels of recognition nodes as a binary type. A central base station controls the channel selection of wireless recognition nodes. The central base station collects the channel information as history information. In case a channel is requested by a specific recognition node, the central base station calculates the measurement value of voluntariness by channels. The central base station transmits indication in order to select a channel including high measurement values.
