Processing method for bean sprouts

PURPOSE: A processing method of bean sprouts is provided to remove the unique bad smell from the bean sprouts, and to enable users to store obtained bean sprout products after processing for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of bean sprouts comprises the following steps: growing the bean sprouts by irrigating a processed sulfur solution as cultivation water; washing the bean sprouts, and removing the moisture; steaming or boiling the washed bean sprouts using boiling water for 3-5 minutes, and cooling the bean sprouts; drying the steamed bean sprouts before crushing using a crusher; and producing products using the obtained bean sprout powder. The processed sulfur solution is obtained by mixing 99.8-99.9wt% of purified water and 0.1-0.2wt% of processed sulfur. The obtained products are bean sprout powder, bean sprout pills, bean sprout tablets, or bean sprout capsules.
