Solar cell and manufacturing method of the same

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by omitting additional processes since a silicon nitride film with different refractive indexes is consecutively processed in the same deposition chamber. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(220) is formed by injecting second conductive impurities into a front side of a semiconductor substrate(210). A first antireflection film(230) and a second antireflection film(240) are formed on the emitter layer. A third antireflection film(250) is formed on a back side of the semiconductor substrate. A front electrode(260) is formed to be connected to the emitter layer through a partial area of the first antireflection film and the second antireflection film. A back electrode(270) is formed on the back side of the semiconductor substrate which is an opposite surface from where the front electrode is formed.
