PURPOSE: A conductive polymer composition is provide to have excellent UV stability, light transmittance, and electric conductivity, and to improve visibility of a touch screen in indoor and outdoor at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer composition comprises 20-70 wt% of conjugated conductive polymer, 0.5-5 wt% of dopant, 0.5-10 wt% of binder, 10-75 wt% of organic solvent, and 1-10 wt% of photochromic material. The photochromic material is one selected from spiropyran, spirooxazine, azobenzene or naphthopyran based organic materials. The conductive film comprises a base member(10), a transparent electrode(20) formed from the conductive polymer composition, formed on the base member, and an electrode wiring(30) electrically connected to the transparent electrode.
