PURPOSE: A tuner module using MEMS is provided to eliminate inefficiency due to different specifications and configurations of elements that different companies supply. CONSTITUTION: At least one MENS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) capacitor(970) of a variable element unit changes a capacitance value according to an applied voltage. At least one inductor(922a~922c) of a fixed element unit forms a specific time constant by coupling with the MEMS capacitor. A reflection power measuring unit(930) measures strength of a reflected signal of a signal transmitted by the variable element unit and the fixed element unit. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(940) converts the strength of the measured reflected signal into a DC(Direct Current) voltage value. |
