PURPOSE: A neutralization apparatus is provided to show a voltage boosting function in a voltage doubler rectifier circuit by forming the capacity of a condenser parallely connected to a resistance to be large. CONSTITUTION: A neutralization apparatus includes a plus voltage doubler rectifier circuit(11), a minus voltage doubler rectifier circuit(12), and a neutralization electrode portion(13). The neutralization electrode portion is connected to an output terminal(6) of the plus voltage doubler rectifier circuit and an output terminal(7) of the minus voltage doubler rectifier circuit. The neutralization electrode portion has one or a plurality of discharge electrodes(9) generating plus ions and minus ions. Current limit resistance(R1) is serially connected to a diode(D) in one or more ends of the minus voltage doubler rectifier circuit and the plus voltage doubler rectifier circuit.
