<p>PURPOSE: An alarm prediction system of production equipment is provided to prevent malfunction of the equipment by predicting probabilities of malfunction generation. CONSTITUTION: A production equipment situation information collecting device(100) collects information with respect to sequence data, alarm data, and manufacturing schedule information. The production equipment situation information collecting device stores the collected information in a production equipment situation information database(200). The production equipment situation information database stores the sequence data or the alarm data and the manufacturing schedule information. An alarm prediction and notification device(300) analyzes a pattern of the sequence data or the alarm data and threshold value information. The alarm prediction and notification device calculates alarm generation probabilities. The alarm prediction and notification device determines idle time of equipment. The alarm prediction and notification device informs the idle time and detected malfunction to a user on a real time basis.</p> |
