PURPOSE: A microfluidic chip for analyzing biological specimens is provided to improve reactivity and efficiency of analysis between the biological specimens and reactive specimens. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic chip includes a specimen introducing part(120), a specimen reacting part(130), a specimen discharging part(140), a first microfluidic channel(125), a second microfluidic channel(135), and membranes(127, 137). A first part on the upper side of a substrate is recessed to form a specimen introducing part. Biological specimens are introduced into the specimen introducing part. A second part on the upper side of the substrate is recessed to form a specimen reacting part. Reacting specimens reacting with the biological specimens are applied to the specimen reacting parts. A third part on the upper side of the substrate is recessed to form a specimen discharging part. The first microfluidic channel connects the specimen introducing part and the specimen reacting part. The second microfluidic channel connects the specimen reacting part and the specimen discharging part. The membranes are attached to the microfluidic channels. The membranes allow the specimens to flow therethrough.
