Alpha-N-arabinofuranosidase From Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans And Use Thereof

PURPOSE: An alpha-N-arabinofuranosidase derived from Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans is provided to convert PPD type or PPT(protopanaxatriol) type ginsenoside into rear ginsenoside. CONSTITUTION: An alpha-N-arabinofuranosidase is isolated from Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans(deposit number KCTC 22231T). The enzyme has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A nucleic acid encoding the enzyme has a base sequence of sequence number 2. A recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid is pET-MBP-TEV-Araf3054. A method for preparing the enzyme comprises: a step of culturing a transformant transformed by the nucleic acid or a recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid; a step of preparing the enzyme from the transformant; and a step of collecting the enzyme.
