TUNNEL EMERGENCY REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A tunnel emergency monitoring remote control system is provided to monitor accidents or emergency situations occurred inside a tunnel on a real time basis, thereby effectively handling the emergency situations by automatically transmitting monitoring images. CONSTITUTION: A sound measurement device(200) installed inside a tunnel detects sound created from a target place. An image recording device(300) records images of surrounding places and vehicles within a fixed section of the tunnel by receiving a recording signal transmitted through an image remote controller(400). The image remote controller detects an abnormal state by receiving a sound signal measured through sound measurement device or a detection signal transmitted from an emergency situation detection device. The image remote controller transmits a message to a user according to a detection result or acquires the image by transmitting a recording signal to the image recording device. The emergency situation informing device(500) informs an emergency situation to the user by receiving an emergency signal from the image remote controller. A traffic information collection device(700) transmits emergency situation information to a mobile terminal or a navigation terminal by acquiring the emergency signal and location information transmitted from the image remote controller.
