PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a streetlight pole and a standing pole is provided to make the attachment of fliers difficult by reducing the attaching area between an object and a flier, to easily remove attached fliers, and to prevent electric shock due to insulative functions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a streetlight pole and a standing pole comprises: a step of preparing ceramic mica pigment by mixing 5-20 weight% of mica, 10-25 weight% of stone powder, 10-50 weight% of fluid, and 20-60 weight% of water; a step of coating the ceramic mica paint on the surface of a streetlight pole and a standing pole; a step of attaching and hardening glass beads by spraying 0.5-1.5 weight% of glass beads to a paint solidified phase before curing of the ceramic mica pigment layer; and a step of drying the ceramic mica paint at room temperature for 10-30 minutes. |
