PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to make the pattern of a conductive layer invisible, even if directly attached to a pattern-formed conductive layer, and to restrain the generation of turbidity or yellowing. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises a partially polymerized acrylic resin, a polyfunctional cross-linking agent, and a urethane acrylate, and satisfies the conditions of formula 1: X >= 20 Kg/in^. In formula 1, X is high-temperature shear strength measure by a crosshead speed of 5 mm/min, after attaching one side of the adhesive to a first substrate, the other side to a second substrate, and keeping at 100°C for one hour.
