<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of highly elastic flooring material using waste urethane is provided to improve tensile strength and elastic force by using waste urethane. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high elastic flooring material using waste urethane comprises the following steps: pulverizing waste urethane into pieces; extruding after mixing loess with the crushed waste urethane; extruding the pulverized waste urethane at 200-250 deg. Celsius; cooling the extruded extrudate by passing the extrudate through 15-25 deg. Celsius water; rolling the extrudate; and desiccating the rolled material. The mixing ratio of the loess to the crushed waste urethane is 80-90 weight% of the waste urethane crushed material and 10-20 weight% of the loess based on the weight ratio. The rolling procedure is performed more than 2 times.</p> |
