PURPOSE: A sliding-type armrest module having vibration damping structure is provided to improve sensitivity of a vehicle by preventing vibration of a sliding-type armrest through a vibration damper. CONSTITUTION: A sliding-type armrest module having vibration damping structure(100) comprises a base housing(110), a sliding guide(130), a sliding unit(150), and an armrest lid(170). The base housing comprises at least one vibration damper(120). The vibration damper attenuates vibration caused by deflection of the center gravity due to sliding of the sliding unit. The sliding guide is fixed in the upper part of the base housing. The sliding unit is coupled to the upper part of the sliding guide to be slid along the sliding guide. The armrest lid is coupled to the upper part of the sliding unit so that passengers can put their arms on the armrest lid.
