<p>PURPOSE: A microorganism feed manufacturing process using a mushroom fermentation medium is provided to prevent internal damage inside the digestive organs of domestic animals by producing feed without using sawdust or rice hulls. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism feed manufacturing process using a mushroom fermentation medium comprises the following steps: mixing 45wt% of cotton seed husk pellets, 25wt% of cottonseed meal, 20wt% of beet meal, and 10wt% of cornstalk powder; adding 120wt% of water into the mixture, and heating the mixture at 60 deg C for 30-40 minutes; injecting aerobic bacillus subtilis bacteria into the mixture, and fermenting at 55-66 deg C; artificially discharging carbon dioxide and injecting oxygen into a fermentation container at the same time; cooling the fermented mixture at 18-24 deg C before inserting into a bag as a cultivation medium; inserting spawns into the bag, and cultivating in a cultivation room at 18-24 deg C; collecting mushrooms from the bag, and discharging the medium from the bag before mixing with bean curd dregs, rice bran, wheat bran, wine lees, rice straws, and other ingredients; adding lactic acid bacteria into the mixture before fermenting for 7-10 days at 18-24 deg C; and drying the fermented mixture with a 95% drying rate.</p> |
