摘要 PURPOSE: An exhaust gas combustor for a fuel cell is provided to distribute reactive materials to a catalytic layer through pores in a metal foam layer and to minimize the volume of an introducing part. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas combustor is a cylindrical catalytic reaction combustor which includes a reacting part(10), an introducing part(20), and a discharging part(30). A catalytic layer(11) is embedded in the reacting part. The introducing part is arranged at one side of the reacting part. Gaseous reactive materials are introduced into the introducing part. The discharging part is arranged at another side of the reacting part. The reacting materials are reacted with the catalytic layer, and reacted products are discharged to the discharging part. The cross section of the introducing part widens along the progress direction of the reacted products. A metal foam layer(400) is installed from the widest cross section part of the introducing part to the catalytic layer. The metal foam layer is based on porous metallic materials.
