PURPOSE: An industrial alloy material and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to enhance heat resistance, tensile strength, and wear resistance of the alloy material. CONSTITUTION: An industrial alloy material(1000) includes a base material(100) which is formed by mixing aluminum ingots of 55-80wt.% and zeolite powder of 20-45wt.%. Silica or powder-type magnesium of 5-10wt.% for enhancement of foaming and viscosity formability and powder-type TiH2(Titanium Hydride) or Na2CO3(Sodium Carbonate) of 0.5-5wt.% for regulation of pore distribution and foaming size are added to the base material of 100wt.% to form alloy foam including foamed cells(200). |
