ANTI-STATIC POLYESTER FILM TO PROTECT THE POLARIZER PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An antistatic coating composition is provide to easily control coating defects while maintaining excellent transparence, antistatic properties, peel force with an adhesive tape, stain resistance, and coatability, and to minimally degrade physical properties due to the properties of a surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a conductive polymer resin; 100-1000 parts by weight of an anionic polyether polyurethane dispersion containing at least one functional group selected from a hydroxy group, an amine group, an alkyl group, and a carboxy group; 100-1000 parts by weight of one crosslinkable resin selected from isocyanate, carbonyl-imide, oxazoline, epoxy, and melamine; and 10-100.0 parts by weight of a fluorinate resin. An antistatic coating composition comprises 0.001-1 parts by weight of an acetylene diol-based surfactant, based on 100.0 parts by weight of a coating composition.
