Equipment for disposing of waste materials using pyrolysis process

PURPOSE: A waste material pyrolysis apparatus is provided to effectively discharge gas by an auxiliary valve when pressure of a pyrolysis furnace is increased so that backward flowing of the gas is prevented and waste is steadily thermal-decomposed. CONSTITUTION: A waste material pyrolysis apparatus comprises a pyrolysis furnace(1), an upper gate(18), a lower gate, and a gas purifier. The pyrolysis furnace discharges gas by thermally decomposing fuel and inserted waste by using air flowing in through an air intake(4). The upper gate is installed in the upper part of the pyrolysis furnace and opened/closed. The lower gate is installed in the lower part of the upper gate and opened/closed. A storing space is formed between the upper and lower gates. The lower gates insert storing space waste into the pyrolysis furnace. The gas purifier accepts the gas discharged from the pyrolysis furnace and harmful materials in the gas are adsorbed into water by aerating the gas in the water and purifies the gas using a filter.
