PURPOSE: A container for collecting odor substances is provided to effectively remove odor and harmful bacteria generated from perishables and offensive odor substances like food waste without using toxic chemical agents. CONSTITUTION: A container for collecting odor substances comprises a main body, an entrance, a waste collecting case(135), an odor removing device(190), and a duct. The main body comprises side walls and a roof. The side walls include double layered walls in which air flows and air discharge ports are formed in the lower end of the double layered walls. The entrance is installed in one of the side walls. The waste collecting case is installed inside the main body to collect and store perishable odor substances. The odor removing device discharges purified air after sucking and purifying air containing odors and harmful bacteria from the perishables and odor substances in the waste collecting case. The duct connects the odor removing device and the double layered walls. The purified air discharged from the odor removing device is guided to a cavity in the double layered walls and is circulated into the main body through the air discharge ports. |
