PURPOSE: A rubber hose and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the adhesiveness of a reinforcing thread and an ethylene propylene diene rubber by using an internal rubber layer, a knitting layer, and an outer rubber layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a rubber hose comprises the following steps: forming a braiding layer(5) on an outer peripheral side by braiding a reinforcing thread; sticking a resorcin-formalin-latex processing agent on the braiding layer; forming an outer layer rubber layer(2) by mixing a thiuram vulcanization accelerator and a thiazolic vulcanization accelerator; and vulcanizing after preparing the outer layer rubber layer on the circumference of the braiding layer. In an internal rubber layer, an air layer is formed along a longitudinal direction. The braiding layer is prepared on outer peripheral side of the internal rubber layer. |
