PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and an image display device including the same are provided to reduce the number of sensing lines and to reduce the width of a bezel of the image display device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first sensing wire pattern lines(110) is formed on a first sensing wire pattern layer. A plurality of second sensing wire pattern lines is formed on a second sensing wire pattern layer in order to form a set inter-angle. An insulating layer insulates the first sensing wire pattern layer and the second sensing wire pattern layer.
