PURPOSE: A pinion valve for an automobile and an electronically controlled power assisted steering device for an automobile comprising the same are provided to offer comfortable steering conditions to a driver by reducing vibrations and rattle noises generated between a pinion shaft and a reaction plunger and the friction power of the reaction plunger while driving at low speeds. CONSTITUTION: A pinion valve for an automobile comprises an input shaft(203), a pinion shaft(205), and a reaction plunger(310). The input shaft is connected to a steering shaft. The input shaft is inserted and coupled with the pinion shaft. The reaction plunger is coupled with the pinion shaft and supports the rotation of the input shaft. The reaction plunger is composed of a rolling supporter and a plunger housing. The rolling supporter is inserted into the plunger housing.
