PURPOSE: A multi-channel semiconductor device and a display device including the same are provided to monitor all output channels using probes with a number smaller than the number of the output channels. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of buffer groups(120_1-120_M) comprises one or more output buffers. A plurality of pad groups(110_1-110_M) comprises one or more output pads. A channel switching part(130) controls the connections of the plurality of pad groups and the plurality of buffer groups. A single pad group outputs a corresponding output signal of the buffer group in a first operation mode. The single pad group successively outputs the output signals of the plurality of buffer groups in a second operation mode.
