PURPOSE: A multi-functional pipe cleaning device is provided to sterilize a pipe by high temperature steam because the high temperature steam is generated in a steam generating tank by a heater operated by a heater driving part of a pipe sterilization unit. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional pipe cleaning device comprises a control panel(30), a pipe cleaning unit(50), a pipe sterilization unit(60), and a control unit(40). The control panel selects a pipe cleaning mode using high frequencies and a pipe sterilization mode using high temperature steam and visually displays the selected mode. The pipe cleaning unit removes scale by injecting high-frequency cleaning water into a pipe. The pipe sterilization unit performs the sterilization by supplying the high temperature steam. The control unit controls operation of the pipe cleaning unit and pipe sterilization unit according the selected mode set by the control panel.
