Solid cosmetic composition comprises, in a medium, (i) at least one ethylene block copolymer (ethylene block polymer), containing at least a first block having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of >= 40[deg] C and at least a second block having a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C, where the block copolymer has polydispersity index I of greater than 2; (ii) at least one fatty phase comprising at least one wax and at least one oil; (iii) water; and (iv) oil (0-2 wt.%, preferably 0-1 wt.%) having a flash point of less than 80[deg] C. Solid cosmetic composition comprises, in a medium, (i) at least one ethylene block copolymer (ethylene block polymer), containing at least a first block having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of >= 40[deg] C and is obtained completely or partly from one or more first monomers, which are such that the homopolymer prepared from the monomers has a glass transition temperature of >= 40[deg] C, and at least a second block having a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C and is obtained completely or partly from one or more second monomers, which are such that the homopolymer prepared from these monomers has a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C, where the first block and the second block are connected together by a statistical intermediate segment comprising at least one of the first monomers constituted of the first block and at least one of second monomers constituted of the second block, and the block copolymer has polydispersity index I of greater than 2; (ii) at least one fatty phase comprising at least one wax and at least one oil; (iii) water; and (iv) oil (0-2 wt.%, preferably 0-1 wt.%) having a flash point of less than 80[deg] C.
