PURPOSE: A spindle motor and a recording disc driving device with the same are provided to decrease an increase of viscosity of a lubricant fluid at a low temperature by a heating member. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(100) includes a shaft(110), a sleeve(120), and a heating member(130). The sleeve supports the shaft. An insertion groove is formed on the outer circumference of the sleeve. The heating member is inserted into the insertion groove of the sleeve. The heating member generates heat to prevent an increase of viscosity of a lubricant fluid.
