PURPOSE: A charging circuit of a solar power generator or wind power generator is provided to obtain high durability by connecting a fuse to all lines connected to an automatic voltage control unit. CONSTITUTION: Electricity(10) is generated from a solar power generator or wind power generator. An automatic voltage control unit(20) converts the electricity into a voltage suitable for charging. A filtering unit(30) removes surges and noise from the electricity converted by the automatic voltage control unit. A rectification unit(40) converts AC into DC. A regulator(60) converts the DC electricity to a constant voltage which is charged in a condenser.
