PURPOSE: An offset printing device is provided to increase a service time of a printing roll and to maximize productivity and production yield. Productivity and production yield can be increased and be maximized. CONSTITUTION: An offset printing device comprises a printing roll(30), a coating part(20), a patterning part(40), a printing part(60), and a cleaning part. The coating part spreads printing materials on a printing roll. The patterning part patterns the printing materials spread on the printing roll by the coating part. The cleaning unit cleans the printing materials remaining on the printing roll using a dry method.
