PURPOSE: A connection device for a combination lighting module and a lighting device including the same are provided to offer the reliability of a combination of lighting modules which are combined with an end portion of the lighting module. CONSTITUTION: A case(200) is extruded as into a plate shape. A supporting plate(120) is arranged on the inner side of the case and contacts the case. A reflector(130) is arranged at the lower side of the supporting plate. An optical source section(150) comprises a light emitting device and a driver. A light guide plate(110) changes a point light source into a surface light source. A diffusing plate(190) diffuses light emitted from the light guide plate and emits the light. A concave unit prevents movement of the reflector, the light guide plate, and the diffusing plate.
