MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A CONDUCTIVE BAKING LAYER AND TWO DIMENSIONAL ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER WITH A CONDUCTIVE BAKING LAYER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a conductive baking layer and a two dimensional ultrasonic transducer including a conductive absorption layer are provided to increase manufacturing yield by improving the directivity of a conductive rod. CONSTITUTION: A conductive material(200) is prepared. The conductive material is made of a material having electric conductivity. A plurality of conductive bars(210) is formed through a first dicing of the conductive material. The conductive bars are arranged to be spaced in a first direction. A first absorption material(250) is filled between the conductive bars. The absorption material can use one of epoxy, a compound material of the epoxy and powder, and polyurethane. The plurality of conductive bars attached by a hardened first absorption material is diced in a first direction and vertical second direction. The conductive material is formed into a conductive rod(220) of a desired shape through a second dicing.
