<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of securing final assembly accuracy with alleviating diameter accuracy and assembly accuracy of components, and an X-ray CT apparatus with the radiation detector. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector is characterized by comprising a detection element array that has plural detection elements to detect radiation emitted from a radiation source, a detection element holding board to hold the detection element array, and a holding substrate to hold the detection element array and the detection element holding board so that the surface parallel to the detected surface of the detection element array can correspond to a reference surface determined based on the distance from a point from which radiation emits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
