<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for solar cell module which can improve generation efficiency by increasing the short circuit current of a solar cell module with a frame. <P>SOLUTION: The frame being fixed to the periphery of a solar cell module M1 having a structure of supporting one or more solar cell element S on an insulating supporting substrate 1 comprises: a light-receiving surface frame arranged on the light-receiving surface side of the solar cell module M1 to surround the solar cell element S; a rear surface frame arranged on the rear surface side opposite from the light-receiving surface side of the solar cell module M1; and a coupling frame which couples the light-receiving surface frame and the rear surface frame so that the periphery of the solar cell module M1 can be held by them.
