<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear body structure of a vehicle which improves vehicle body rigidity by supporting a rear collision load by a link member upon rear collision in a fully-opened state of a roof member, forming a load transmission path by effectively using existing components, and efficiently dispersing the collision load. <P>SOLUTION: This rear body structure of a vehicle is equipped with link members A-E for openably/closably supporting a roof member 4, and a rear wheel house 30 for housing rear wheels, and includes connection mechanisms 31, 50 for engaging the link member A with the wheel house 30 when the roof member 4 is in a fully-opened state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
