<p>The method involves connecting an X-channel of a received signal of a remote controller to a control unit e.g. microcontroller, for evaluation. A Y-channel of the received signal of the remote controller is connected to the control unit for evaluation. An actual position of servos is detected by an angle sensor and passed to the control unit for evaluation. Pulse-width modulation (PWM) pulses are output from the control unit to actuate a speed controller to control a drive motor for a semi-scale ship model.</p>
