A driving force (FA) is produced against the input force by a driving apparatus (9) to move the cleaning roller toward a cleaned object, where the driving force is constant during cleaning operation. The cleaning roller is arranged on a holding device such that a stop part (13) holds the holding device in the position. Loosening of the holding device is determined by the stop part. An independent claim is also included for a device for applying pressure force on a cleaning roller.
