The present invention relates to a micro-speaker which comprises: a frame; a magnetic circuit unit which has a yoke that is fixed to said frame, a permanent magnet that is fixed to said yoke, and a plate that is fixed to an upper side of said permanent magnet; a diaphragm body which has an edge that is fixed to said frame, and has a middle part that is configured to be penetrated; a suspension which is positioned under said diaphragm body, has an edge that is fixed to said frame, and has a central part and a peripheral part that are integrally formed; a voice coil which is fixed to a lower side of said suspension, wherein the voice coil is fixed to a lower side of a border between said central part and said peripheral part; and a cover which is coupled with said frame. According to the present invention, since the invention comprises the suspension integrally having the central part, the micro-speaker can have electrically-low resonance frequency (Fo) reproduction and wide and flat frequency characteristics.
