PURPOSE: An apparatus for multiple sorting of finished goods of a semiconductor device is provided to efficiently utilize a space by sorting finished goods of a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A main supply pipe supplies finished goods of a semiconductor device which is completed to be tested. A product transfer part(10) is combined with the main supply pipe. The product transfer part moves to the up and down. The product transfer part transfers the supplied finished goods of the semiconductor device from the main supply pipe to a predetermined location by being rotated by 360 degrees. A central portion of a product distribution part(20) has a predetermined space of a circular shape. A plurality of pipes(22) for sorting having a radial structure is formed into first layer to fourth layer(22a-22d). The product distribution part distributes the transferred finished goods of the semiconductor device. A product discharging part discharges the distributed finished goods of the semiconductor device to a storage bin.
