<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist bag in which the capacity of a storage part can be suitably changed and which can usually maintain a flat state as a belt, can be easily changed from the flat state to the capacity fitted to the size of a stored article, can be easily and simply operated as well, and can be easily attached and detached to and from a waist, etc., to carry a thing, in such a state that hands are free as in the conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: The waist bag includes a flexible tubular waist bag body A which can be wound around the waist part 50 of a person, to be fixed by engaging both ends with each other by an engageable and disengageable engaging means. A taking-in-and-out port 10 openably and closably closed is provided in the front central part of the waist bag body and the inside of the taking-in-and-out port is configured as the storage part 12.
