<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which has both effects of luminance improvement and unevenness concealment. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sheet includes a base film 2 having optical transparency, plural unit lenses 3 each of which is formed on one face of the base film 2 and in which one cross section perpendicular to the base film 2 has substantially trapezoid shape, and a diffusion layer 5 which is formed on a top face 4 of the unit lens 3 and diffuses and reflects light.
