PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and a recording disk driving device including the motor.

SOLUTION: A motor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotary member coupled with a shaft and rotating in conjunction with the shaft; a fixture member to which the shaft is inserted and which supports the shaft; a peripheral wall part projecting out of one surface of the rotary member and sealed with oil between the peripheral wall part and the fixture member; and a pumping groove provided for the peripheral wall part and at least one of external faces of the fixture member corresponding to the peripheral wall part and pumping the oil between the shaft and the fixture member.
