<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a favorable image without fluctuation by correcting degradation of image quality when the image quality of an image captured by an imaging device is degraded due to shimmers. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device 102 is configured using a reference image estimation unit 1, an optical flow calculation unit 2, and a motion correction unit 3, an image with no motion (reference image) is estimated from input images that are sequentially input, local fluctuation (motion vector) of the input images is calculated by calculating optical flow based on the input images and the reference image, and a corrected image from which shimmer fluctuation existing in the input images is eliminated by moving partial images in the input images so as to cancel the shimmer fluctuation based on the motion vector is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
