PURPOSE: A sheet for a sealing material of a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily discharge toxic gas by including a plurality of air gaps. CONSTITUTION: A thermal adhesive resin is mainly made of olefin-based resin. The thermal adhesive resin is pulverized and scattered. The pulverized thermal adhesive resin is heated at temperatures less than the melting temperature of resin powder. A sheet(4) is formed with a plurality of air gaps. The olefin-based resin comprises ethylene-based resin or propylene-based resin.
