PURPOSE: An envelope for family events having a name and relation writing unit on one surface is provided to enable users to separate and attach the name and relation writing units when righting a guest book. CONSTITUTION: An envelope(10) for family events includes a first upper combining piece(14a) and a second upper combining piece, and a name and relation writing unit(18). An opening is formed on the upper side of the envelope. A lower combining piece(16) is formed on the lower side of the envelope for sealing the envelope.
