<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning apparatus having discharging means at a pack attached part of a heating box body which part has less frequency to exchange, thereby enabling low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A melt-spinning apparatus comprises a pack attached part 40 to which a spinning pack 10 is attached, and a heating box body having a polymer flow path formed from a spinning pump to the spinning pack 10. The pack attached part 40 comprises an attached cylindrical part 41 projecting from an outer surface of the heating box body. The attached cylindrical part 41 has a thin wall part 58 with a locally-reduced wall thickness. The thin wall part 58 of the attached cylindrical part 41 has a thickness so as to burst when a pressure reaches a maximum durable pressure or more of the spinning pack 10 or the melt-spinning device and exceeds a predetermined pressure set at a destruction pressure or less at a predetermined spinning temperature of a melting point or more of a polymer of a pipe 32 in the heating box body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
